Meghalaya Rural Bank (Employees’) Pension Regulations, 2018

In exercise the power conferred by Section 30 read with sub-section (1) of Section 17 of the Regional Rural Bank Act. 1976 (21 of 1976), the Board of Directors of Meghalaya Rural Bank in its meeting held on 29th October 2018 has approved Meghalaya Rural Bank (Employees') Pension Regulation 2018 and Meghalaya Rural Bank (Officers' & Employees') Service (Amendment) Regulations, 2018. The regulations are published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part III sec 4 on 22nd November 2018.

The details of category of staffs/persons, relevant formats and No. of copies to be submitted are as here under:
